Which size should I choose?
M measures approximately Ø41 cm outside and Ø40 cm inside. L measures approximately Ø46 cm outside and Ø45 cm inside. Measure your cat curled up; choose L if they are between sizes or prefer more room.
Is the rope ball included?
Yes. The supplier confirmed that the matching rope ball is included with every basket.
What is the basket made from?
It is supplied as a woven cotton-rope basket. We do not label it “100% cotton” because the exact fibre blend has not been independently verified.
How should I care for it?
Official washing instructions have not yet been supplied. For routine upkeep, remove loose hair with a soft brush or lint roller. Blot small spills gently and air-dry; do not machine wash unless the care label explicitly allows it.
How long is delivery to France?
The current tracked route is estimated at 1–3 days of processing plus 8–18 days in transit. Delivery times can vary by destination and carrier.
Will I pay VAT or customs on delivery?
For eligible EU destinations, CJ’s selected DDP route includes VAT and customs duties. Route eligibility is checked per order; when eligible, customers usually should not be charged again at delivery.
What are the return and cancellation terms?
Eligible purchases can be returned within 14 days after delivery, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. Unfulfilled orders can be cancelled until fulfilment. Full written policy details will be published before launch.
